July 4th, the celebration of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence is a day all Americans should celebrate. It set in motions that ended on 1791 with the adoption of the Bill of Rights and added to the previously ratified US Constitution.
These documents have become foundations of a republican form of government that has protected human rights by limiting government to certain responsibilities, most importantly that of protecting the natural rights given to us by our Creator.
Now these fundamentals are under assault. Not only by the Democrats in power currently, but by Republicans as well. Where both sides may have disagreed with how to savage liberty, savaged it was.
Please wake up America and let your voices be heard. Write your congressman, run for office, write your local newspaper. Start a twitter! Go to a Tea Party! Make your voices heard!!
